About Heather
I grew up with the most incredible experiences living abroad in Iran, England and France. I attended Abilene Christian University in Texas where I met my husband, Wade Hodges. We were married in 1996 and embarked on a journey together that has yielded two fantastic and hilarious sons, Caleb and Elijah. In 2005 I founded a non-profit organization, the East Tulsa Bilingual Resource Center, Inc which houses a bilingual preschool and an adult Spanish language academy. I am also an instructor of psychology at the University of Phoenix and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. In my “spare time” I love to oil paint and show my work at exhibits in the Tulsa area. I fell in love with tennis several years ago and am always ready for a good match. Of all the titles I have worn including, executive director, professor, therapist, preacher’s wife, and artist, the one that I cherish most is simply “Mommy.”
